Refund Policy for DeepCover Labs

  1. No Refunds After Shipment
    All sales are final once the product has been shipped. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not offer refunds or cancellations after the order has been dispatched.
  2. 1-Year Warranty
    All physical products sold by DeepCover Labs come with a 1-year limited warranty. If your product becomes defective under normal usage within one year of purchase, you may request a replacement or repair, subject to verification.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.

  1. Exceptions
    Refunds will only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:
  • The product has not yet been shipped
  • We cannot fulfill your order due to inventory or logistical issues
  1. Digital Products
    All digital products, including software licenses, activation keys, or downloadable content, are non-refundable once delivered.
